Where We Ship
We ship to most countries worldwide, with a few exceptions.

Shipping Times
All Belcasar pieces are made individually per order to maintain exclusivity and reduce waste. Please allow up to 7 business days for production. Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method and will be shown at checkout.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are not included in our prices or shipping fees. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are determined by your local customs office.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. If you need help tracking your shipment or contacting the carrier, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at 

Responsibility & Risk
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, responsibility for its delivery and condition transfers to you. While we are not liable for delays or damages caused during transit, we’re happy to assist in tracking your shipment or helping with claims when possible.
