Made-to-Order Philosophy

At Belcasar & Co., every order is made exclusively for you.
We operate on a made-to-order model, meaning each piece is produced only after your order is placed. This allows us to maintain exclusivity and reduce overproduction, aligning with our mission to grow as a more conscious brand.

Why We Don’t Accept Returns or Exchanges

Because each garment is created individually for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or buyer’s remorse.

This ensures:

  • Less overproduction and textile waste
  • A more intentional shopping experience
  • A continued commitment to sustainability

Important for EU Customers:
Under EU law, consumers normally have a 14-day “cooling-off period” for online purchases. However, this does not apply to custom-made or made-to-order items. Belcasar pieces fall under this exemption.

Order Cancellations

Because each Belcasar piece is made-to-order, production begins very shortly after your purchase is confirmed.

  • Orders may only be canceled within 4 hours of placing your order, and only if production has not yet begun.
  • Once production is underway, we cannot accommodate cancellations.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders, including shipments to the EU, UK, and other regions, may be subject to import duties, VAT, and/or customs fees.

  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
  • Fees are determined by your local customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If VAT is not collected at checkout, it may be charged by customs upon delivery.

We cannot predict or control these charges, and we recommend contacting your local customs authority for more information before ordering.

Please note that:

  • Unpaid duties or taxes: Orders refused due to unpaid customs charges do not qualify for returns or refunds.

  • Paid duties or taxes: Customs duties and taxes paid by the customer are non-refundable through Belcasar. If you return an eligible item, you may be able to request a refund of duties/taxes directly from your local customs office, subject to their policies.
