What makes Belcasar unique?
Belcasar is a new luxury streetwear and lifestyle brand blending timeless elegance with a modern, wellness-first approach. Every piece is made-to-order to reduce waste and ensure exclusivity. We work with trusted production partners who meet our quality standards, and every drop is released in limited quantities - once it’s gone, it may not return.

Orders & Production

Are all items made-to-order?
Yes. Each garment is produced once your order is placed, allowing us to minimize waste and offer you something truly unique. Please allow up to 7 business days for production before shipping.

Where are your products made?
We work with carefully selected suppliers in different locations to ensure exceptional quality and comfort. The country of production is noted on on the garment itself. However all our garments are shipped from the US.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship internationally from our trusted production partners’ location.
Some exclusions may apply where our delivery partners are unable to ship.

How long will my order take to arrive?
After your order is produced (up to 7 business days) before it can be shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Europe: 5-10 business days 

  • USA & Canada: 7 business days

  • Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Please note: shipping times may vary during peak periods and are added to the production days.

Do I have to pay duties or taxes on delivery?
Currently, customers may be responsible for paying duties and taxes upon delivery, depending on their country’s regulations. As a new luxury brand, we are working towards partnering with providers who cover duties and taxes in the future.

Will my order arrive in one package?
Because we work with different production partners, your order may arrive in separate parcels. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my item?

We do not accept returns if you refuse delivery due to duties or taxes charged by your country’s customs, or if you have simply changed your mind or decide you do not like your item. This is part of our luxury incentive  creating only what is truly wanted, reducing waste, and ensuring exclusivity.

We only accept returns if:

  • The item is defective or damaged upon arrival

  • You received the wrong product

Product Details

Are your drops limited edition?
Yes  all Belcasar designs are released in limited runs. Once a style is sold out, it may never return.

Does the embroidery have backing paper on the inside?
Yes, our embroidered pieces use high-quality embroidery techniques. To protect the design during production, a soft backing paper is applied on the inside of the garment. This is completely normal and ensures the embroidery remains neat and durable. The backing will naturally soften and dissolve with wear and washing over time, leaving only the embroidery itself.

Will the garment I receive look exactly like the photos?
We aim for consistency, but small variations may occur due to the made-to-order nature of production. Any such differences will not affect the quality or overall design.

Which organisation will my donation go to?
With every order, 7 CHF is donated to a humanitarian cause close to our heart. At this time, we have not committed to a single organisation — instead, we direct donations toward carefully selected initiatives based on current humanitarian needs.
