Belcasar is a luxury leisurewear and lifestyle brand rooted in timeless design, wellness, and modern living. Our pieces are designed to be worn daily to elevate your every day life, kept long-term, and produced with intention.

We work in limited quantities and collaborate with carefully selected production partners to ensure quality, comfort, and consistency.


Are your collections limited?

Rather than producing large quantities, Belcasar pieces are made to order. This approach allows us to maintain exclusivity and flexibility, and some styles may be discontinued or not restocked over time.


Collections & Special Order

What is the difference between your collections?

Belcasar offers:

  • Core collections, designed as everyday staples

  • Special Order (Monogram) pieces, personalized and created specifically for you

  • Living, a curated selection of everyday objects designed to elevate daily rituals — from grocery and market bags to home essentials

Each collection follows the same design philosophy, with different levels of personalization.


What does “Special Order” mean?

Special Order pieces are personalized with a monogram and created specifically for you. These items are made individually once your order is placed.

Because of their personalized nature, Special Order items are final sale.


Can I return a monogrammed item?

No. Personalized / Special Order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Orders & Production

Are your items made to order?

Yes. All Belcasar pieces are produced once an order is placed. This allows us to work in limited quantities, reduce unnecessary waste, and maintain a thoughtful production process.

Please allow up to 7 business days for production before shipping.


Where are your products made?

We work closely with trusted production partners selected for their quality and expertise.
All embroidery and finishing are completed in the United States.
Production details are indicated on the garment label.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship internationally. Some exclusions may apply.


How long will my order take to arrive?

After production (up to 7 business days), estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • USA & Canada: ~7 business days

  • Rest of world: 7–15 business days

Delivery times may vary during peak periods.


Will my order arrive in more than one parcel?

Possibly. As we work with different specialized production partners, items from the same order may ship separately.
If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each parcel.


Will I have to pay duties or taxes?

Depending on your country, duties and taxes may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are continuously reviewing our shipping and tax solutions as Belcasar evolves.


Packaging

What kind of packaging do you use?

At this stage, we prioritize product quality and craftsmanship over elaborate packaging. Orders may arrive in simple, protective packaging sourced by our production partners.

As Belcasar grows, we plan to evolve our packaging.


Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns only if:

  • An item arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Refused deliveries due to customs fees

  • Personalized / Special Order items

Product Care & Details

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Each piece is made individually. Minor variations may occur, but they do not affect the quality, fit, or overall design.


Does embroidery have backing on the inside?

Yes. A soft backing is applied during embroidery to protect the design and ensure durability. It will soften and naturally dissolve over time with wear and washing.

With every order, 7 CHF is donated to a humanitarian cause close to our heart. Rather than committing to a single organization, we support initiatives based on current humanitarian needs.
